Overall Grade: Very Good

Comment: Great Burmese sapphire just under one carat but with the force of a big one. Though not round it seems roundish to the eye. Slightly off center in the back but surprisingly this is hardly visible in the face. Great dense blue yet not with the flowery touch of cornflower, nor with the sleepiness of Kashmir blue, but with hardly any secondary hue - just blue and blue.
