Comment: Better than image blue sapphire from Africa. Colder hue than cornflower leaning more towards a dense steel blue than a flowery violet. Only the lens reveals the Africa-typical evenly distributed colorless tiny bubbles (which are such a hassle on photos). Rock solid value in untreated blue sapphire at $500/ct.
