Comment: If you are looking for a reasonable but high-end ring stone with a bezel setting, this one is a bargain. As you can see in the big image there is an inclusion in the outer edge. Once set in a bezel this will be invisible and you will have a pretty much free of inclusion untreated cornflower blue sapphire.
