Comment: Be warned: This purple spinel is camera-friendly. It is a beauty in person for sure, but in mixed light it sometimes is more earthy (less pink) than the camera allows to show. The side and back image catch this color better.  However, this is reflected in the moderate price for such a precision cut, free of inclusion, big spinel. Magnificent especially under the lens. If you like a suave calm hue, this is a great value buy.
