Comment: This, for Montana uncommon, yellow sapphire deserves a look with the lens. Several needles and colorless longish prints lay unordered throughout the gem. And just on the outer tip of the back we find a little reddish garnet crystal grown inside the sapphire crystal. See big images. While inclusions are easily visible in light colored stones and may distract, these have their own standing and add to the natural charm of the gem. Nice buy for the collector of rare sapphires and a fine budget alternative to a yellow diamond. To our knowledge there is no other mining area in the world yielding these metallic and cold multicolor hues in sapphire.
