Comment: Close to a color shifting (orange/purple) multi-color (red/purple) gemstone. Defintely not a classic sapphire but alwas lovely. Mild character in most light settings, strongly reddish in tungsten light. The slightly off-center back cut heavy into the price but is basically invisible from the front. Bargain for a unique ring.
