Comment:  Here is a serious size untreated ruby for the bargain hunter. A violet area sits in the back center of the stone. These blue color bands are visible from the back but hardly from the front. For the laymen this is a beautiful unheated ruby at a super rate and great fruity color. For the gemologist it is also a feast to study the blue in red color banding. See big images.
