Comment: This spinel is golden orange with a good dash of pink brightening the impression. This type of spinel is often called pad-spinel (orange pink sapphires are called padparadscha). Big face, but no window thanks to a perfect precision cut. No inclusions whatsoever, even under the lens and with eagle eyes. Mild, not hot, hue; perhaps reminding of a sunset after monsoon rains.
