Comment: Untreated pinks above one carat in good color and clarity have become exceedingly rare this year. While most Madagascan pinks are fuzzy with cloudy inclusions, this Sri Lankan sapphire is crisp and clean, only the lens (or the highly trained eye) will reveal some minor inclusions. With nearly 7x9mm this gem has the dimensions of a 2.5 carat gem but charges you only half without much of a window. Big enough for a luxurious pendant.
