Shipment

Our prices include world wide shipping with registered airmail.

Shipping will need around 10 work days within Europe, the USA and Japan, and maximum 15 days to more exotic locations. Registered airmail is absolutely reliable, hassle-free and will need your signature.

Cost: $0.
Registered airmail, insurance, export-taxes, packaging (gem box, pouch, recyclable padded envelopes) are included in our prices.

If you prefer an advanced service you have the option to upgrade to UPS during the check-out. UPS offers online tracking and 48 hours delivery worldwide. UPS also requires a signature.

Upgrading to UPS will cost $125.

Contact us if you have additional questions and need different services. We can deliver anywhere, anytime and to any adress other than a P.O. Box.

Wild Fish stones leaving Colombo are officially examined and registered by the Sri Lankan State Gem Authority.
This is NOT the way a gem is delivered to you :-)

Timing

As a rule, all stones are shipped within 48 hours.

We will send you an email to confirm our outgoing date and give you the estimated arrival at your address.

In case of delay please inform us so we can track the delivery.

For the impatient: Please consider, every stone needed millions of years to be created. Give it a few days to come to you.

Customs

There is no import duty on colored gemstones in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia or New Zealand.

Ask us or contact your local customs if you need further information.
