Comment: A massive ring designed in 950 platinum and adorned by forty high-quality diamonds in round and baguette. This piece is hefty, in the hand and to the eye, and also to the purse but worth every dime for gem and setting. Connecting to Art Deco with three baguette diamonds arranged side-by-side in a 'window' to both sides of the center. See the double-prongs in the same character.

Comment: David bought this fine gem several decades ago in Minas Gerais when the mines of Brazil were new discoveries, shaking up the tourmaline world. Over ten carats with an eye-clean crystal in the deepest possible red, but never a hint of black-out, with little purple but some violet, like fine ruby. No window, certified untreated, no visible inclusions. Additional reports on request. See the close-up images and take the rich color from our cloudy-day indoors handshots. Perhaps the best Rubellite in David Jerome's Collection, a master-piece from the best of London.
