Comment: Deep ruby-red with a dash of purple. As clean as possible in natural gemstones (nothing under the 10xfold lens). IGI classified as 'rhodolite', the nobility amongst red garnets, and added 'pink' to red, but being Medium Dark 80 IMHO there is not much space for pink, hence not a merry sparkler but a rich calm red with more glow than glitter. All-in-all such a rhodolite garnet offers a solid budget alternative to untreated ruby or red spinel. Durable, natural, well cut and polished, substantial ring size, no window, no inclusions, comes with original 3rd party report, free shipping, grading papers, a plot of rainforest protected and an animal represented in court. 9x6mm will fill any ladies' size ring.
