Comment: Straight forward full-framed halo of top-quality ideal-brilliant cut diamonds presenting the centerstone as main attraction. Note how the upper shank slims towards the ruby, an elegant detail, equally directing the observer towards the centerstone. Extra-wide open back maximizes the light-flow through ruby. All-in-all a very classic 'simple' design for the gem to show color and the extra fine diamonds to add fire. Highly visible but not as pushy as some.

Comment: This shallow, but not windowed, ruby presents a big face over 9x7mm from only 2.16 carat. Its deep rose red is always ready to shine in full light, or glow in low light, does never back-out, yet it is not a frantic sparcler due to its silky dense crystal. The latter helps with the price but asks for little compromise in color. The fiveteen high-end diamonds provide all extra sparkle needed. IGI report with 'no heat' and 'Africa' origin is included in our prices, as is global shipping, rainforest protection and grading papers. Handshots must be re-made.
