Comment: Color, color, color from these two round Sandawana emeralds, matched in face-up and hue/tone. Vivid green with IGI 'good color' seal. Read about these rarest and, some say best, of all emeralds here from Dr. Guebelin's POV and here about fashion & fame. Sold out long ago, only here still available with the world's largest choice in sizes and shapes (seriously, check it out). Perhaps our last round pair over one carat (in Sandawana 0.25 was the average size). Pure vivid green, shiny in good light, deep green always. Both between translucent and transparent, even if IGI came down on 'transparent', they are color stones, as are most emeralds under 50k/ct. Naturally, born to become studs, with 6mm round faceup of a full carat, but not windows. Best set well protected since all emeralds are sensitive, but less so than earlobe.
