Overall Grade: Very Good

Comment: Rich pure green with little blue, no yellow or brown. Lone standing, as in main image, it shines brighter than IRL, but Medium Dark 60 (zero being white to 100 = black) as in handshots is the better presentation. This dark tone is the reason that the center is closed without a see-through window, which a brighter tone would have given away. Inclusions visible only under the lens and in our 36fold magnified images. An intense metallic gleam runs up-and-down the gem under movement rather than concentrated glitter, equally a result of the dense crystal and deep tone. Rare fine color for a Zambia emerald with its affordable price-tag. Best value in the emerald market these days. 7x5mm from only 71 points, possible only with a shallow profile (but no window), a lucky combination. Full size for a lady's ring, even a gent's ring under size 7/8 can be filled.
