Comment: Round untreated pink sapphire over 2 carats. Violet and purple as secondary hues, depending on light settings, but NOT a pastel pink. With light falling in from straight above, as in shot on wood, luster takes over and also shows a small window. Ever rarer across the two carat line and round always a sought-after shape in sapphire. Close to a bubble gum pink in low light and with a good dash of purple, no orange. Depending on light infall, some darker pink areas move through the gem. 7mm round is a good size for up to rings in 7 or 9 with a halo. Will make a luxurious princess ring.
