Comment: For some gems, words fail. IGI could not test for Burma, nor any other origin, and honestly it wouldn't matter. This color and crystal is beyond origin. Some may call it ruby, again, it wouldn't matter. Allow silent awe.
P.S. At $15k/ct, this may well be the most expensive pink sapphire (not ruby) on the web, so far; and for good reasons.
