Overall Grade: Very Good

Comment: Giant untreated white sapphire with tints of green, blue and yellow. Inclusions, silk, growthlines, some green and yellow, internal crystals, are visible for the keen eye but loose themselves in this size. No window, no treatments. Flawless hand-cut. Good luster. Currently the largest sapphire in our collection. AIGS leaned on 'light green' but the overall impression is a white sapphire with secondary colors depending on light- and background-settings. These colors keep in our images, are not 'whitened-out.' All white gems take-on reflection colors. In a pink nursery it will look pinkish, take it into the forrest to see more green. For 15x10mm one would need a size 12 ring or better a pendant. In such rare size and untreated, this gem makes a good addition to a collection of specialities.
