Comment: Strongest color in a classic Ceylon sapphire. The term 'neon' seems inappropriate for a 'fruity' lemon-hue mixing green in yellow but wouldn't be off the mark. Many yellow sapphires either tend to soft orange hues or brighter tones. See pure color without distracting luster in side- and back images. Also, one extra image taken from an angle, showing a normal tilt-window but also the fine gleaming crystal with its undisturbed hue. With 6mm round, no window, no visible inclusions, no treatments, this is 3Nos quality in a flawless hand-cut. Only the most critical observer may note a tiny center window. Fresh lab report as your request. In Medium 50, never dark, never pale but always intense greenish yellow. Diamond-alternative for a Tiffany style e-ring up to size 6.
