Comment: Sparkly fancy yellow sapphire. Fine unheated sapphire with a tint of yellow, called 'fancy yellow' in diamonds which is the market where this sapphire competes. Precision princess or scissor cut in a long rectangular. The full GIC report (the original comes to you free of charge) is a gemologist's joy in depth and detail, very impressive. The main question: On first sight, is the gem yellow or white? Yellow it is. But, LESS than in all images except the side-shot. In hand-image below the skin color diverts into yellow, in the other images it is sunlight reflected on white walls. Classical engagement stone but much rarer than a similar diamond and less expensive with the full potential of future value increase (while diamonds can only guarantee you a value decrease in this 'common' size and color. I would not dare put this in writing if it were not a sure fact). However, sapphires have their own character, less dispersion but more crystal.
