Comment: Sapphire with a so-called 'dramatic' color-change from green-at-day to purple-at-night. Half a carat, round with good lustre, no window, no inclusions, and certified unheated. Only from Tanzania (thus far, I believe) and rarely over one carat. As in all color-changers, both colors are visible most of the time (which, BTW for the beginner, is not the same as 'multicolor'), moving between fresh grass green and mauve purple. Pretty perfect. Not flashy, but slow to discover, hard to catch and utterly understated in character (as all CC gems). Set flush into a slender white gold band, it will keep you entertained with always new color combinations. The real thing, yet affordable and without compromises.
