Comment: Big-face, no window, eye-clean, fully coloured, GIA certified unheated ruby over 2 carat: Sounds expensive? Yes... but thanks to Mozambique such rubies are still in the five figures (with only Burma as source we would soon be in mid six figures). Inclusions visible only under the lens and only with a steady hand (rare in ruby). Its flawless hand-cut (by John Rhoads) managed to retain 3 carat face-up but successfully ditched a window. Rich rose red with tons of lively sparkle. Never pink, never pale, never dark. Comes with a piece of jungle, free shipping and all original reports. Dense crystal. Queenly size. Surrounded by a ring of small diamonds (or tsavorites) this ruby will make every sighting a pleasure. Yes, for 32k you may also get a car, but it will be dust in one generation and have cost another 20k while polluting and being taxed. Meanwhile this stone will keep its value, do no harm and bless your every day.
