Comment: As good as it gets in unheated tanzanite, a petrol-colored mix of green, purple, and blue, even if the blue takes over in the images but this is trick tanzanite does. In person and in daylight, as in the handshot or report image, it is the purple and the green that assures us this is an unheated 'zoisites', at least not machine-heated by man; which, BTW, is the reason IGI does calls it gemologically correct 'zoisites' and not 'tanzanite', as we do. Tanzanite just sounds better than 'zoisites' better, right, because the latter sounds like something a surgeon would remove, rather than a precious gemstone. Thus, forgive our scientific freedom in the name of marketing. 3xNo check: no inclusions, no window, no treatments plus precision cut and IGI report. What else may one wish for? Even if you are not in the market, see the side-shots under 'more images' - a world of colors. Set in a bezel tanzanite is durable for rings, even if they appreciate good care. If we do the setting, any risk of damage is on us. The strong trichroism of zoisites (the optical effect of different colors in one gem) guarantees daily fun, ever different, matching any fashion or color statement at any time.
