Comment: Certified Vietnamese Ruby, where Luc Yen scared Mogok miners with their quality until the vein ran dry, and they since have become a most rare collector item. Neon red, as always with a strong pink 2nd hue (or rather on the moving scale between red and pink). Notable 'free of inclusions', double certified unheated, and no window. 3NOS quality in one of the rarest materials on earth. Excellent+. Strong fluorescence allowing photos in in low light, and bright backgrounds, or it turns into a red blob with fluoresce. IGI report added 'fine color quality' as pink sapphire. Shiny hue and good luster in any light settings. Noble gem for jewelry or investment.
