Comment: Bright blue tourmaline with a shiny paraiba character. Equally bright green as secondary hue. What looks like inclusions in the images are in fact surface abrasions on the lower edge, all invisible to the unaided eye. Not windowed but the cut seems to open a inner field like seen in scissors. See the blazing hue in the image from an angle, which shows the color best without luster as in front images. With 7x4.5mm and this shape it will fit well in channel setting. In prongs not bigger than size 6. Neon character as the images show well. With too much light this hue starts to blur on images.
