Comment: Perfect classic and classically perfect mint Tourmaline from Afghanistan in a cut that shows the two main gem features of a gem, color and lustre with equal focus, using elements of an 'emerald-cut' and 'princess' or 'scissors', all precision executed in Germany. Ever rarer quality. By the way, the two front images are meant to exhibit just that, the main picture catches mostly color, the other mostly brilliancy. In both cases: Finest mint green. Never dark, but in fact ever more thrilling in low light, and never pale. No inclusions even under the lens. Old Afghani rough, still fantastic even after all the new stuff from Mozambique. As good as it gets in mint Tourmaline. Perfection never was cheap but fine Tourmaline has put on some extra weight in recent years.
