Comment: Bright greenish blue aquamarine in octagon emerald cut, showing either a pool-in-sun color, or a mirror-like (blue) reflection gathering attention even from further distances. Aquamarines, unlike most other gems, have an airy light-weight character even in larger sizes. Next to blue sapphire, for example, they seem to defy gravity and threaten to float if not pinned down. Great aqua-only color, always bright in untreated material, rarely darker than M50. As visible in all images, the center facet (one slice) of this gem is not always blue. While this may seem a minor flaw to most, it helps with the budget amongst 3Nos quality. Inclusions are lens only. 11x8mm is a full ring size, gent's 6/7 and up, or a posh center stone for a ring over size 5. Shape and size rather suggests a pendant IMO.
