Comment: Not the same type of material as this 0.54 but more solid, earthy green in less consistent hues and tones. No, or little blue, with inclusions, some in green, some with white streaks appropriate for natural leaf topic. Affordable variety of the chalcedony family, perfect for an entry-level bespoke pendant, suggesting a simple frame in white gold, or if budget allows with a closed back-side and there with space for a personal note. IGI report is included to assure you don't set glass in white gold, which is what get for $5 on ebay but your descendants might one day, in the far future, rip the glass out, call you names and sell the gold for $50, with or without note, and then they didn't deserve it anyways. Because of the widespread fakes, chrysoprase has been devalued but is in fact a very old gemstone which was used in ancient times as an emerald surrogate, probably for non-royal jewelry. For those who think their descendants will treasure the heritage and memory. Note that chrysoprase is a light, if durable, material, hence even under carat you have an eight mm long gem plus frame plus loop and you'll quickly look at 16mm in total.
