Comment: Rare bright purple spinel with very little grey (that means a lot in spinel). Absolutely clean and extra lucid crystal. Adamantine sparkler with violet and red flashes out of the best possible mauve hue. (The image in the lab report caught its lively color play, too.) Flawless cut, no window, no treatments, no inclusions. CGJ report (GIA Alumni) included. The best bright purple spinel in a long while. Uniquely 'spinel-ish' in character. Deep cut invites a high-dome cocktail setting and it will provide all the glitter one may ask for. Elusive color in front of the camera but superb in person; subtract skin shade from handshot.
