Comment: Pastel pink tourmaline from Sri Lanka, not red rubellite, but in fact pink with many secondary-side-colors thanks to tourmaline's strong pleochroism. Studying this gem from all sides and in different color settings, we find in descending order: pink, orange, purple, red, yellow, and green. Compare for example the two side-shots under 'more images', one is a rainbow of all tourmaline colors, but the other direction shows mostly orange-pink or there abouts. Again, Sri Lanka cannot compete with the neon-brother of Mozambique or Afghanistan but adds an affordable and mildly colored gem to your beautiful choices. Ever-different, never-posh (except for its size) tourmaline for a sensitive budget and taste. No inclusions even under the lens, but a small center window must be reported (one of those which might have stayed hidden if unmentioned but makes good for a sales-discount).
