Comment: Mined in Sri Lanka, taken to Bangkok and then forgotten in a drawer after certification by TGL in Thailand (while we were working from that global center of colored gems), a solid Japanese laboratory. Plainly graded 'brown', yet the images reveal many more and rich colors of gold, honey, and deep yellow. No inclusions, even under the lens, flawless local handcut, no window and no treatments. Middle-to-high zircon, a calm character, visible but not flashy. Its depth enrichens the simple 'brown' with many hues and tones to discover over time. A bargain from last decade, a long stretch for us but only a blink of time in the history of any zircon.
