Comment: The original chrysoberyl cat's eye from Sri Lanka, especially long and thin in shape, suitable for a jewelry design that needs space (pendant or gent's ring). See under 'more images' the remarkable transparency of the gem when the ray is not 'activated', meaning the light shines in from the back of the gem. No inclusions become visible then either. The critical observer may fault the outer shape of the gem: it seems uneven or slightly asymetric and it is though less than the images suggest. A bezel setting will easily cover this and the unaided eye does not catch the dent (lens only).
