Comment: A last full-sized Bekily garnet from the old mine. Our 3*Nos of Excellence in the finest material. Hunted, hence on 'hold' already, but a beauty that should not be hidden from public view. As noted elsewhere big Bekily get dark, yet when hit with light they blossom into a color-changing spark-competition which is hard to turn away from. Full reds, blues, and not very photogenic greens, and violet, purples stab from the dark body, dazzling the eye. See the dozen images. The typical needle structures multiply the cc effect. IGI report is coming later. This is the only big Bekily we have seen in years, coming just as we got a parcel of very similar gems from Tanzania in the recent months (early 2019).
