Overall Grade: Very Good

Comment: A photogenic spessartite that never lets you down in person. Even in medium dark 75 it always has a good sparkle ready. I've tried to capture the MINIMUM luster the gem exhibits in normal but lowest daylight in the distanced handshot under 'more images'. From there it only gets better. Obviously, this is not a hot pink-orange hue but a deep rose color best seen in the sideimage. Precision cut from affordable Madagascar rough, with 9x6mm facing up but only two carats to pay for. The darkest possible orange before night falls. No inclusions under the lens, no window, no treatments, the 3*No of a quality gem, precision cut in an individual shield-shape that you will not very find often, if at all.
