Comment: Despite a (mostly) peaceful character, the first word that came to my mind upon seeing this opal was: "Attack-Gem". As such it jumps out and glows, right in-your-face. AIG honored it with a rare 'fine color quality' in its report, a not often seen extra. Under the lens, and there only, you may find one tiny spot but more likely you'll be overwhelmed by the smooth watery crystal and its vivid color. Amazingly, this strong hue comes from an only 3mm high body, not much thicker than a coin. Normally, such a color would need a full cabochon with 10 or 15mm height and ten or more carats weight. Here we have only one+ carat to pay for, but a 10x8mm face-up with a most fantastic rich orange to enjoy. This advantage could be used either to create a ring with fullest color that will not be damaged in daily wear (protected by a normal bezel because its flat shape). Or for those who do not like thick cabochons around the neck we could design a coin-thin pendant. Either-way, be it as an 'attack-pendant' or 'attack-ring', the color-blast per buck will be unbeatable. AIG report, WLT rainforest purchase, NhRP support, free global shipping, grading papers, and other WildFish extras are included. Ask us for a design and package deal with setting. Note that shadows or changing saturation in the photos are only reflections from the surrounding, not color zones or uneven saturation. The color is smoothly even distributed from left to right.
