Comment: Experimental precision scissor-cut from the, now famous, Mozambique mines producing paraiba-like tourmalines. This here 0.87 comes in a bright blue-green, not a neon hue, but it does exhibit the first signs of the more intense show that paraiba-tourmalines from Mozambique exhibit. No inclusions except a natural indent on the backside surface, which does, as per common grading rules, not count as inclusion. The very bright tone and the unusual cut gives the gem a gaseous crystal and reduces visibility from a distance. Hence this gem catches attention on second viewing and is less showy than others in this hue.
