Comment: Rare find or rather 'made': Boulder opals worked to match as pairs. These two, let's call them kite-shapes, do not overwhelm with play-of color but rather with their mirrored river-like inlays, partly in sea-shell hue (mother of pearl), but also in vivid green and turquoise, as well as faint purple and violet. The remaining body is of wood- and sand-colors sprinkled with white and colored starlight. These two will make a daring pair of earrings or could be used to build an even more extravagant pendant. Many other ideas cross my mind but perhaps you have a vision of your own? Despite the name 'boulder' these are NOT heavy gems but with 22x16mm they are not small, hence as earrings they won't be for the shy.
