Comment: Pair of 4.5mm Ceylon sapphires cut-to-match with exact same outer dimensions. Under a tenth of millimeter one needs precision gauges, the eye cannot distinguish the difference. Face-up dimension is most important criteria in pairs, besides, in descending order, hue, tone, inclusions. Deep sky blue, in low light moving into kashmir, though not cornflower (no purple). Twice free of inclusions, no window, no treatments. Obviously stud material or as sidestones in a posh ring, perhaps around a big green or ruby. Full brilliancy from a fine crystals.
