Comment: If forced to compare this clinohumite, it sits between Fanta orange spessartite or golden hessonite, though they are a solitary variety. Clinohumite are rare in big size. The biggest gem quality clinohumite ever cut was 36 carat, so we are happy to have this size in our inventory, any gem over 5 carat is newsworthy in the trade. As visible on the images clinohumite has a silky crystal, with the colorless bubbles giving the gem an especially mystical gleam. Sure an honor in any gem collection and an impressive necklace stone. Handshot captures its tone best, the main image gets the full color blow. Probabaly the biggest clinohumite in the market.
